In the school of life or what I refer to as "The University of Adversity", we can learn valuable life lessons or we repeat lessons. If we study and pay attention, we become wiser, stronger, more compassionate, flexible, creative, and resilient. By exercising your faith in God, you will discover you are not alone in any adversity. The Contradictions of Grief and Loss
Grief is full of emotional contradictions. Love does not disappear. It changes form. So our feelings collide. These are some of the honest feelings I hear from my grief counseling sessions.
