I’m so glad you’re here. Every week, I’ll share a little inspiration to fill your cup, spark your courage, and help you move through life’s ups and downs with grace, faith, wisdom, and strength.
Life can pull you from so many directions, but here, you can pause and gather what you need for your next steps.
Each week, I’ll share insights to lift your spirit, sharpen your focus, and guide you toward the peace and purpose you deserve. If something resonates with you, I encourage you to pass it along. Your voice might be the encouragement someone else is waiting for. Don’t keep it to yourself. Share it with someone who needs a little light in their day. That’s how we grow together—by passing along the wisdom and love we receive.

Have you been over-giving, over-carrying, and over-committed to people who refuse to stand on their own two feet? That’s not love—that’s co-dependency. You’re not helping them grow; you’re enabling their comfort in chaos. It’s time to speak up and say, ‘I will no longer carry what isn’t mine. ’ Let go of the fear, the guilt, and the need to fix everything. Set them free to learn their own lessons. And in doing so, you set yourself free to reclaim your peace, your joy, your life and your finances."
"Some of us are caught in a cycle of doing too much for people who won’t do for themselves. That’s not love—that’s co-dependency. You’re trying to be their anchor, but they’re keeping you stuck. God didn’t call us to carry burdens that aren’t ours. It’s time to speak up and say, ‘I love you, but I can’t do this for you anymore.’ Let them take responsibility for their own lives. Release the guilt and trust that by letting go, you’re giving them room to grow—and setting yourself free to walk in your purpose."
We cannot carry their needs, their drama, their sense of entitlement, their laziness, and their excuses and still walk your own path. It’s time to speak up. Set boundaries. Let them know, ‘I love you, but I will not do for you what you refuse to do for yourself." This is not about being mean—it’s about being clear. Release them with love, and trust that they will grow in the space you give them. You deserve peace, and they deserve the lesson."
