Challenges aren’t punishments—they’re lessons. Instead of avoiding struggle, I teach people to embrace it, learn from it, develop faith, courage, and come out stronger. The world is filled with distractions, negativity, and noise. The real warriors and winners are the ones who can adapt, stay calm in any storm, consistently seek knowledge, and applies it.
I have interacted with so many in my audiences, retreats, events, and one-on-one empowHERment sessions. I have noticed that we all have different seasons to go and grow through; silly season, stressful season, surviving and stretching season, shifting season, smart season, still/silent season, stuck season, and so many more that I share in my books, podium messages, webinars, and coaching sessions.
Some of the issues discussed today in my one-on-one empowHERment sessions were…
. I’m mad at myself for past decisions
. I’ve been in a long-term search for employment
. I’m divorced and parenting my high school teen
. I feel like I’m being overlooked
. I thought by now I would have made more progress in my life
. I’m having anxiety and feeling I have no control over my disappointments, delays, and uncertainty
. I need to make some critical decisions because my savings are being depleted
This was her feedback after her one-on-one session with me this morning...
"I had the privilege of having my first session with Dr. Jewel Diamond Taylor today, and it was truly transformative. She is an incredible counselor who didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear—she told me what I needed to hear. Her deep insight and wisdom helped me make the connection I needed to continue moving forward in my healing journey and life plan. I left our session feeling empowered, clear, and ready to take my next steps with confidence. I highly recommend Dr. Jewel Diamond Taylor to anyone seeking real, meaningful guidance."
